In 2010 I survived a life-changing experience that shut down completely my sexual energy. And in general my drive for life. I felt a stranger in my body, lost the connection with pleasure in general.
I was terrified about Intimacy. Also about Men. I carried a big "masculine armor". I was the classical high achiever who experienced all the time in my head
My journey through Neuroscience, Sexuality, Eastern spiritual traditions and Psychedelic therapy gave me a new approach to reconnect my Body and Mind. In particular Tantra Therapy and Microdosing profoundly shifted the way I learned how to accept and reclaim my Sexual Energy as my spiritual force
